Please call us immediately if you receive a damaged product. In the event that a product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an anticipated delivery date. If our new anticipated delivery date is unacceptable, You may, ofcourse, cancil your order at no charge.

 RETURNS:  You may return any RETAIL purchased product within 10 days of us shipping it, as long as it unused (Wholesale purchases are Non-refundable). Simply call or E-mail us for an authorization number and to let us know if you want a replacement or a refund.
